Job Description:

The Business Analyst position requires strong business skills to solve organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements; designing computer programs; recommending system controls and protocols.
The position requires bachelor degree (or equivalent) in the same or related field. You must be able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities:

Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.

Job Description:

This position reports to the Team Lead, and will work closely with the Team and mobile support group, as well as the Business Units.Programmer Analyst analyzes and designs information systems and designs and writes the application programs for the system. In theory, a programmer analyst is both system analyst and applications programmer. In practice, the title is sometimes simply a reward to a programmer for tenure. Which skill is really dominant is of concern when recruiting people with such titles

Responsibilities:

Analyze user requests to determine parameters of required program and if a new program must be created or if an existing program can be modified.
Design, code, test, maintain, and document highly complex computer programs based on user requests.
Build highly complex user interface applications and back-end databases using expert-level skills in various web development tools, programming languages and scripting languages.
Author highly complex web pages and complex templates into which user content is loaded to generate dynamic web pages.
Analyze and documents user information needs or business problems and determines most effective/efficient programming solution.
Assist/mentor less experienced programmers with this process.

Job Description:

This position reports to the Team Lead, and will work closely with the Team and mobile support group, as well as 3rd party development consultants. The System Analyst position requires strong business skills and would be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and occasionally modifying systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support application systems.The incumbent will consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.The incumbent will also be responsible for writing documentation to describe custom configuration of applications and operating procedures to liaison with 3rd party application development consultants.

You must have a knowledge of relational databases, web and client-server concepts, and be able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing systems.
Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting of our systems
Coordinate application development for multiple projects.
Assist in troubleshooting software application issues.
Assist in managing an outsource relationship for 3rd party application development and programming consultants.

Education Required:
